Kahra was at Transit Lounge for the monthly party Rough Draft. Kahra painted another piece for her "Attack of the Normal" series this time a painting called "Time" or as the crowd later deemed the painting "Fuck Time". Lol

The Miami Music Authority is back! Kahra was one of the musicians who graced the stage at the Van Dyke Cafe. Here is a video of Kahra performing two of her new songs, "Lovesick" and "Made in America".

Kahra got the privilege of seeing President Obama speak on September 18th at the Fountainbleu Hotel in Miami Beach. Heavily inspired, here is a video of her singing a different version of the Star Spangled Banner, using two different voices in a young Pop style voice and then in an older sounding Operatic voice. God bless America!

Kahra performed two of her new original songs "Lovesick" & "Spilled Milk (Don't Cry Over)" at Mr. Laff's Rock Bar in Davie, FL for the first time with her guitar and a band. The band really got into "Spilled Milk" and turned the 3 minute song into a 10 minute jam!! Thank you to Jennifer for being such a wonderful host.

Kahra was a visual artist for the amazing monthly event Rough Draft, which is only the purest exhibition of art through the sharing and cultivating of the creative process by way of freestyle. A special thank you goes out to Randy Singer and all of the other "Girls with Guitars" performers for a wonderful evening and a full house at the Van Dyke. Kahra shared the stage with Diane Ward, Alicia, the Baron Sisters, Emelee!, Singer Yenisley, Jocelyn, & Sharin Toribio. Kahra performed a guitar acoustic version of two of her new songs; "Stand in Love" & "Spilled Milk (Don't Cry Over)". This was Kahra's first gig accompanying herself on the guitar!

At Area 23 Gallery, located deep in Miami's Design District Kahra painted live alongside Kazilla & Trek 6 with musical performances by Rimidi Longley, Fudakochi, Brittany Star James, & Moonshyne Brown and the Antirobot Society. An amazing evening of art & music also with attendance by the Gallery's featured artists.

Kahra's song "You Must Do" from the album Catch 22 is chosen for the short film "The Set-Up" written, directed and edited by Derrick Pollock. The film is starring Didier Elysse, Jessyka Potorreal, Darryl Walton, Nicole Denisse Hodges, and Sonia Lawrence. Also, a piece of the song "Rebound" is found during a scene in the film. Excellent acting, plot, scene selection, and camera angles.

Kahra did her first photoshoot as a brunette in Rather Dark Studios by photographer Gustavo Tonelli. A huge thank you goes out to "superwoman" Angie Rosa for her amazing make-up and help around the set. The photos were taken with two different concepts and outifits. The first concept is classy lingerie shots wearing red and a pink robe. The second shots remind the viewer of a Pop 1950's Coca Cola commerical with a throwback stool and a black and white striped shirt.

The movie "Lost Angel" directed by Keri Lurtz won best feature film at the Delray Beach Film Festival. The movie played on this day to a great crowd at Crest Theatre. Kahra has 4 songs included in this independent film: XOXO, Between the Moon & the Sun, Beautiful Night, and Lost in LA.

Kahra performed the title track to her new album, "XOXO" complete with wireless microphone and a great crowd

"Le Fete Erotique" was hosted by Gerry Kelly, Fritz "E" Romeus, and the MI-VI Agents in association with LIFE IS ART. Kahra was one of four featured artists onstage at the new club MI-VI in Gulfstream Park. Kahra painted one canvas in acrylic live onstage as well as live body painting on model Jessica Dolores. Partial proceeds donated to the Red Cross and Doctors without Boarders.

Kahra sang and danced to the first song from her new album "XOXO" titled "Beautiful Night" to a wonderful crowd at the club 90 Degrees in Downtown Miami. The stage was big and the sound system was blowing up. Stay tuned for more performances at this venue!

Kahra attended all 7 rehersals at Sun Life Stadium in order to be part of XLIV Superbowl Half-Time Show with The Who. It was an amazing experience to be part of one of the World's Most watched events.

The movie "Lost Angel" is adding & reshooting scenes and Kahra was asked to be on location as a featured extra.

Kahra sang with Rob B 4 original songs: two from her new album, "XOXO" titled "Perfect 10" & "When Idols Fall". One from her last album "Between the Moon & the Sun" and one from an album to be released later this year titled, "Luv u rite" The performance was recorded live on USTREAM

Kahra was the Main Host for SuccessTV Miami for the Grand Opening of the club MI-VI at Gulfstream Park. This club is described as the British House Of Windsor meets Studio 54. The video below shows the extreme excitement of the evening.

Attended the best concert lineup of the year thrown by Miami's Best Pop Radio Station Y100. Special shout out goes to the always super famous DJ Nick Pena of Y100. Kahra had a great time meeting Adam Lambert and watching performances by Shakira, Timbaland, Brandy, Flo Rida, The Fray, Jordin Sparks, LMFAO, Colbie Caillat, Jason Derulo, 3OH!3, and iYaz.

Kahra has 4 songs included in the movie "Lost Angel" which premired today in West Palm Beach at the MosArt Theatre to a sold out crowd. Three of Kahra's dance tracks play during the "Party" scene. The fourth song titled, Lost in LA, was written for the movie and plays in the background of an intense scene.

We had our earliest gig to date at Mary Brickell Village in Downtown Miami for the Mayor's "Bike Miami" Event. It was excellent performing for the early morning riders on such a beautiful sunny morning.
